RETURN AND REFUND POLICY<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

For returns and refunds, you have 14 days from receipt of the items.<\/span><\/p>\n

Send us an e-mail to the following address: \u00a0<\/a>contact@airdrink.fr<\/a><\/span> with a copy of your invoice, order number and the reason for your return request. Upon receipt, we will inform you of the necessary steps to take.<\/span><\/p>\n

To qualify for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.<\/span><\/p>\n

You must be able to show us an invoice or proof of purchase, as well as proof of shipment if you are returning your order by carrier.<\/span>
\nOtherwise, your order may not be refunded or exchanged.<\/span><\/p>\n

To return an item, you must send it to the postal address below:<\/span><\/p>\n

Items that cannot be returned or refunded :<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.<\/span><\/p>\n

- Any item that has been delivered for more than 14 days.<\/span><\/p>\n

REIMBURSEMENTS<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an e-mail to inform you of our decision regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.<\/span><\/p>\n

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 48 hours.<\/span><\/p>\n

Late or missing refunds :<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first. Contact your credit card issuer and your bank, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.<\/span><\/p>\n

EXCHANGE<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

We will only replace an item if it is faulty or damaged. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same item, please send us an e-mail to the following address: \u00a0<\/a>contact@airdrink.fr<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Defective items will be collected and replaced at our expense.<\/span><\/p>\n
