Drinking water for Atchavé, a small village in Togo

The founders of AirDrink created the association AirLife to bring clean drinking water where it is lacking. In June 2022, AirLife donated a C8 Atmospheric Water Generator at the USP health center in Atchavé, Togo.

The C8 produces more than 20 liters of pure water per day from the humidity in the air: enough to meet the drinking water needs of 15 to 20 children.

And now?

After the success of the pilot site, the AirLife team went to four villages in the canton of Haho 1 to assess their water needs.

The findings are sobering: in many villages, the water consumed comes from wells or rivers, without treatment, with significant health risks, especially for children.

AirLife now wishes to extend its action to other villages, with sustainable and locally managed solutions.
