RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

For returns and refunds, you have 14 days from receipt of the items.

Send us an e-mail to the following address:  contact@airdrink.fr with a copy of your invoice, order number and the reason for your return request. Upon receipt, we will inform you of the necessary steps to take.

To qualify for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

You must be able to show us an invoice or proof of purchase, as well as proof of shipment if you are returning your order by carrier.
Otherwise, your order may not be refunded or exchanged.

To return an item, you must send it to the postal address below:

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs.

 

Items that cannot be returned or refunded :

- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.

- Any item that has been delivered for more than 14 days.

 

REIMBURSEMENTS

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an e-mail to inform you of our decision regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 48 hours.

 

Late or missing refunds :

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first. Contact your credit card issuer and your bank, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.

EXCHANGE

We will only replace an item if it is faulty or damaged. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same item, please send us an e-mail to the following address:  contact@airdrink.fr

Defective items will be collected and replaced at our expense.
