A minimum relative humidity of 35% and a temperature of over 15° Celsius are required for the "dew point" to allow water production. The water is purified and mineralized by filters that need to be changed every 6 months or so, depending on usage (an indicator light tells you when the filters need changing).

Good device and clear explanations from the sales staff
Produces atmospheric water. One drawback for the control panel: you have to insist to get an action (on/off, water generation).

* Did you remove the plastic film from the C2 front panel?
* swiping rather than pressing is required for the action to take place

I like it a lot but the water has 1 taste, too bad.
